As AI solutions complement the omni-channel customer experience, Annelie Nässén, EVP sales and marketing at Scandinavian Airlines, discusses her brand’s interpretation of this technology trend: Turi. This is the airline’s professional bot which will be fed personalized customer information and behavioral data to help streamline the overall customer journey. Named after Turi Widerøe, a Scandinavian Airlines pilot – and the world’s first female commercial air pilot – Nässén’s initiative is personal for the brand and for its travellers.
