David Ivell joined The Trust as Chief Information Officer in March 2016 and is tasked with exploiting the use of technology and innovation to transform the engagement, relationship and journey of the young people The Trust supports, and the efficiency of the organization.
Prior to joining The Trust, David held senior Information Technology positions as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Business Transformation Director with organizations which include: IBM, Credit Suisse, The British Film Institute and most recently at The Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew.
David discusses the various phases of the digital transformation program, including a new customer relationship management scheme to better track people’s progress from the first inquiry through to their move into work, education, or training.
